Self-storage provider MySecure approached Wild PR to support with a three-month project, driving traffic and conversions to the website through the company’s Facebook page.
Our approach focused on increasing organic reach and engagement through regular community engagement and paid social campaigns. As well as managing the social media activity, we also supported with development of marketing collateral and PR promotion of the onsite content.
We saw a substantial increase in the engagement levels on the Facebook page and traffic to the site – both key objectives for the activity. Overall, we saw the page engagement increase by 1517% and the overall reach increase by 571%.
With a minimal budget, we had to optimise the paid ads as much as possible, running A/B testing to understand the type of content potential customers were most likely to interact with and using the insight to inform our strategy every month.
In the time we worked together, we drove a total of 1,891 users to the website, which resulted in over 2,500 sessions and 5,750 page views. As well as increasing the traffic to the website, we also saw the quality of users to the site increase, with the average time spent on the site increasing by over a minute and the bounce rate dropping by 35%.
