With a 20+ year career in the marketing and PR industry, Katrina drives the success and growth of the agency by identifying the best talent for the business and the new business opportunities that highlight their expertise.
Still enjoying the thrill of contributing creatively, Katrina continues to play a role in day-to-day activity by heading up a couple of our larger accounts, while also sharing many wild ideas with the team for other projects.
Wildest ambition
To compete in the International Adult Figure Skating Championships in Oberstdorf, Germany in 2023.
With over seven years of experience within an agency and in-house environment across multiple sectors, Kayleigh is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing creative strategies, supporting their business goals and objectives.
Her strengths have resulted in the successful delivery of multiple campaigns that have achieved high-profile coverage in national, regional and industry publications supporting brand awareness and building an online presence. test
Wildest ambition
To skydive for charity!
With five years experience within marketing agencies, alongside managing a portfolio of clients and developing creative strategies, Mollie works within the digital PR team, and her role is to drive forward SEO led PR campaigns, which includes ideation, campaign and content creation, press outreach and reporting. Alongside campaign development, Mollie is always on the lookout for reactive digital PR opportunities for clients, with the aim of achieving coverage in relevant and authoritative publications.
Wildest ambition
To climb all 214 Wainwright fells in the Lake District (nearly there!) and one day visit El Capitan in Yosemite National Park and the Canadian Rockies.
Bringing her writing skills from her English Literature degree into her role as a Campaign Assistant, Lydia’s key responsibilities include working on the delivery of a wide range of projects, supporting Kayleigh’s team in their wild ideas.
Covering a broad range of aspects of content writing, digital marketing and PR, Lydia is also completing a Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship alongside working full time.

Backpacking around all of the major cities of Japan and creating a successful travel blog!
