We are delighted to announce that Wild PR has been shortlisted in not one but two Prolific North Champions Awards.

The Prolific North Champions Awards recognise the organisations, teams and individuals putting the North on the map in the creative and digital sectors.

This year, Wild PR has been shortlisted in the B2C Campaign of the Year (less than £50k budget) and B2B Campaign of the Year.

Shortlisted in the B2C Campaign of the Year is the Disney Baby Names campaign undertaken on behalf of e-commerce business, The Kid Collective. The reactive PR campaign responded to the birth of Love Island star Molly Mae Hague’s daughter, Bambi.

In total, 112 pieces of coverage and 89 followed links were achieved from the campaign, leading to a 78% increase in checkout completions, a 70% increase in transactions and a revenue increase of 74% on its e-commerce store.

Shortlisted in the B2B Campaign of the Year is the Tool Theft Hotspots campaign developed for online asset disposal specialists BPI Auctions. It looked at the regions across the UK that were most affected by tool theft crimes, securing 45 pieces of regional and wishlist industry coverage and 39 backlinks, increasing referral traffic by +9.6%, organic traffic by 15%, and page views by 12.7%. The firm also saw an increase in bidding registrations (+54%).

Speaking on the shortlist, Katrina Cliffe, managing director and founder of Wild PR, said: “We are thrilled to have two of our client campaigns shortlisted in this year’s awards. The two campaigns highlight the wealth of PR activity we deliver for our clients – from jumping on reactive trending topics to developing robust data campaigns that position our clients as authoritative voices in their sectors.

“We are so pleased to be up against some of the biggest agencies in the North, and the team are so excited to celebrate their hard work and amazing results they secure for all of our clients daily. Best of luck to all those shortlisted, and we look forward to celebrating the winners!”.
