Yorkshire based legal firm Schofield Sweeney has sought out the expertise of Wild PR founder, Katrina Cliffe to speak at its annual charity conference. The conference which is free to attend for charities and not-for-profits in the Yorkshire region will be addressing various issues charities face in their operation, and in particular, around legislation.

Professionals from Schofield Sweeney will be sharing insight as to how to ensure your charity can become compliant with the impending General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into force in May 2018. They will also be providing an overview on suitability checks and trustee duties, whereas Katrina Cliffe of Wild PR will be providing insight on how to mitigate reputation headaches enabling your charity to stay on the right side of media interest and hype, whilst positively promoting your organisation and attracting and retaining sponsors and donors.
