Huddersfield property firms complete house sale in record time

Huddersfield based property firm Bramleys has worked together with property developers Heywood Homes to turn round a house completion in a record eight working days.
The property specialist received a call from a client that needed a property to move in to immediately, and after speaking to the Heywood Homes team directly, the couple were able to view the show home at the Moorland View development, while safely practising social distancing.
After falling in love with the house, that was furnished and ready to move into, they put an offer in, ‘and with assistance and support of the developers and Solicitors, the buyers moved into their new home eight working days after viewing it.
