The Chamber Awards has selected Wild PR as the winner of its Workplace Wellbeing Award for the Yorkshire and Humber region.

The prestigious awards recognise and reward excellence in British business and is one of the UK’s most contested business award programmes, with organisations up and down the country competing for the titles.

Wild PR competed against a number of organisations across the region, including those who are members of six different chambers, to take the title for the whole of the Yorkshire and Humber region.

As a team, Wild has gone through significant change over the last few months, including a large investment to enhance procedures and training which allows employees to identify their own strengths and resilience, and learn about their colleagues too.

Furthermore, the Wild PR team consistently promote a culture of openness and honesty about health and wellbeing, with extra support providing in the implementation of a mentoring process.

Katrina Cliffe, Managing Director and Founder of Wild PR, said: “I am absolutely delighted with the news that Wild PR has won the Workplace Wellbeing Award for the Yorkshire and Humber Region.

“The win is testament to the investment we have put into the business over the past 18 months to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of our colleagues, increase staff retention and enhance the work we deliver on behalf of our clients.

“I’d like to extend my appreciation to the team, who have actively got on board with the various initiatives put in place and look forward to the national awards in November.”

Following the win for the Wellbeing Award for the Yorkshire and Humber region, Wild PR will attend a London ceremony in November where they are automatically shortlisted for the National Wellbeing Award.
