The Brief

Wild PR was appointed by West Yorkshire based property firm, Bramleys, in January 2020 to position the firm as the go-to firm for property sales and lettings, across residential and commercial, and to increase awareness of additional services.

To achieve these objectives, we developed a communications strategy that delivers all aspects of the marketing mix such as PR, social media, events, digital marketing and more in order to raise the brand profile, increase turnover and commercial listings.

The Results

PR and On-site content 

Through SEO focused onsite content and PR campaigns, we have increased monthly traffic to the website by 56% (12,575); specifically, direct referrals by 61% and organic referrals by 26%. 

The boost in traffic has therefore resulted in the increase of overall goal conversions by 70%, the number of sessions by 84% and page views by 67%. In particular, we have seen key page views increase including commercial sales by 415%, residential sales by 88% and contact us by 155%.

A mix of digital PR campaigns, PR mailers and reactive press monitoring has resulted in over 400 pieces of coverage across national, regional, industry and business publications supporting the increase in backlinks (+42%) and organic traffic cost (+91%).

All branch pages have also increased in page views and Bramleys now ranks number one for all location focused keywords.

Campaign highlights include Emily in Paris, Electrical Legislations, Landlord Bugbears and First Time Buyer Red Flags.

 

Social media management

As well as PR and SEO optimised onsite content, we also provided social media management services. 

Monthly activity included drafting advice-led and service focused content, daily community engagement, local community research as well as drafting and sharing ad-hoc residential and commercial property listings.

Our creative and strategic social media plan resulted in a 528% increase in social referral traffic to the website. In particular, Linkedin increased by 700%, Facebook increased by 594% and Twitter by 150%.

We have seen fantastic results across social media analytics including a 326% increase in Twitter Profile visits, a 200% increase in Linkedin followers and over 200 followers for the new Instagram profile.
