Superfast West Yorkshire, the organisation behind the new “Ladies That Launch” event have appointed Managing Director, Katrina Cliffe as a mentor for both budding and established female entrepreneurs.
On Friday 16th October, Katrina will be involved in a ‘Meet the Mentor’s Panel’ at the Google Digital Garage in Leeds as part of the Woman and Broadband initiative, where female entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to ask about a variety business subjects.
Women and Broadband are focused on supporting female entrepreneurship in West Yorkshire with the Ladies that Launch project aiming to develop and enhance businesswomen’s knowledge and digital skills. The session will also feature expert insight from Google and other Superfast West Yorkshire trainers.
Other mentors that will be joining Katrina on the panel will include: Carolyn Pearson of Maiden Voyage, Janet Bebb of Social Progress, Saeeda Ahmed of Education Partnership and Anj Handa of People Help People.
