We are delighted to announce that Wild PR Client Services Director, Laura Batchelor has been shortlisted in the Ambassador of the Year category of the Examiner Business Awards.
The Ambassador category, sponsored by Prohms, celebrates and recognises employees who go above and beyond their day to day roles and can demonstrate inspirational, forward thinkers that exceed exceptions and strive to make a difference to the business.
Having joined Wild PR as an Account Manager in May 2017, Laura has played a key role in the support and development of colleagues alongside her core role of working across a range of client accounts to develop and implement their marketing and PR strategies.
During the past 18 months, Laura has played a key role in the development of the organisation’s recruitment, induction and employee development programme with the aim of driving productivity, team progression, talent hiring, retention, and more.
Alongside this, Laura has brought a number of additional ideas and initiatives to the business following her experience working for a Leeds based agency on the Asda contract to help individuals and the business achieve its targets and to deliver outstanding levels of service to our expanding client base. Her commitment and drive saw her promoted to Client Services Director earlier this year.
