Business consultancy firm, the iNNiTi effect, has been shortlisted for the New Business Award in the 2020 St Albans Chamber Community Business Awards, after demonstrating outstanding performance and excellent future business projections.
Founded by businesswoman Alexandra Poole, the iNNiTi effect supports companies to overcome organisational challenges, growing value and knowledge, for them to realise long-term growth opportunities and deliver change for the future. It supports clients across various sectors including manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, energy, public services and charities.
After holding a variety of operational and transformation-based roles, Alexandra established the iNNiTi effect in March 2018. Following several new client wins, the firm achieved a 17% YoY growth in its second year of trading. This year, the consultancy is on track to achieve 35% growth from the last financial year, and over the next five years, Alexandra has ambitious plans to grow the company five-fold.
Alexandra will be joining other business leaders from the area for the virtual award ceremony, which is due to take place on Wednesday 30th September. The annual event aims to shine a light on the achievements of both individuals and businesses, celebrating those who have made a positive impact and gone that extra mile in the community.
Commenting on the award shortlist, Alexandra said: “I am delighted that the iNNiTi effect has been recognised as an outstanding new business in the St Albans area. The company aims to play a significant, active role in building a Britain that is fit for the future, by helping businesses overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth. There have been some great businesses and business leaders shortlisted for this year’s awards, and I am honoured to be joining them at this year’s award ceremony.”
